The combat system is well made and you are constantly unlocking new weapons and abilities.There is a wide variety of weapons, tems and enemies to fight.“Castle Crashers” is a must have for fans of coop adventures who like to fight all kinds of enemies with swords, bows and magic weapons.
You can collect several different ones, each of them allows you to spawn a unique animal, which makes your character better in some way or another. The best thing in “Castle Crashers” are the animal orbs, though. The combat system is enjoyable and the different worlds are well designed. On your way, you kill enemies, level up your character, unlock better weapons, kill some more enemies, level up your character again and unlock even better weapons. A wizard kidnaps some princesses and you need to save them! It all starts with a big party in your home castle, which is interrupted by a barbarian attack.
The story isn’t very sophisticated, but it is presented in an entertaining way and sprinkled with some (rather weird) humor. You choose one of four different classes, each with their own magic spell, equip a strong weapon and fight your way through a flood of enemies. “Castle Crashers” is a colorful hack and slash game. Take control of colorful warriors and fight your way through hordes of monsters to save a princess.
